Refund policy

Return & ExchangesΒ 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges.

However, we offer refunds for clothing products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags and liners intact.

For sanitary purposes, we are unable toΒ accept the return of goods which are worn or stained or unsealed after delivery and are no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our return conditionsΒ atΒ our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β
